McLarenbits is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer on the checkout page. In order to optimize the delivery, we thank the customer for indicating a secure delivery address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

 

  1. MCLARENBITS SHIPPING

McLarenbits delivers to the following countries:

  • Africa (Depend which states)
  • ASEAN (all member states)
  • Australia
  • European Union (all member states)
  • Middle East (UAE, all member states)
  • North America (all member states)
  • South America (all member states)
  • United Kingdom

All products are shipped via air freight such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS or ocean and require a signature upon delivery.

McLarenbits orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday – Friday – 8 AM – 5 PM CT). For security reasons, McLarenbits will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

 

  1. SHIPPING COSTS

The product’s shipping cost (s) will depend on the package’s dimensions (size and weight) and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

McLarenbits may on some occasions and as a result of offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at the time of purchase on the website.

 

  1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
  • If the part or product ordered is in stock, it will be shipped within 24 hours after the payment process has been completed.
  • If the part or product is not in stock, we will start the production process, which may take 2 to 5 weeks.

Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5.00 PM CT (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited-edition releases and promotions.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

 

  1. SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times depend on the place of delivery and type of shipment chosen by the buyer.

Important: Due to the current health emergency caused by COVID-19, delivery times may be extended.

 

  1. SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will receive an email when your order has been processed; this will include your order’s tracking details.  Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number we provide to you. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the appropriate shipping company according to the tracking number for further assistance and information if your package has been lost or stolen.

 

  1. DELAYS

McLarenbits is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, McLarenbits is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

 

  1. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If the customer is not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned, and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

 

  1. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

McLarenbits will not take charge or make returns for lost or undelivered packages. For wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

 

  1. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

McLarenbits recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example, your home or place of employment. McLarenbits is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.

 

  1. CUSTOMS TAX

Customs in certain countries may charge additional taxes or fees. Please note that any additional costs related to import/customs duty are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own country’s policy on importing goods, as we are unable to provide this for you.

 

  1. SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment McLarenbits makes the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the courier company’s control system when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered”.
